After searching for a couple of years for the right one at the right price, I ended up with two within the last week. I'm the proud owner of a 2008 360 jg, and a 2004 350V63 mg.

Hi Guys and Gals (I assume there are girl bassists here too)
I only have the one. It`s a 4004Cii Cheyenne in Maple. Serial No 03 24103.
Purchased in 2006. So a Used model.
I am 58. Single. Live in Swindon, UK.
Alas I suffer from Arthritis so have now called it a day on playing. It`s too painful to carry on.
I would like this Bass to go to someone who would appreciate the finer things in life so mail me with an offer. Ebay is out of the question.

One 4003. I had a 2012 4003 Mapleglo, that had to be sold. I recently replaced it with a 2013 4003 Ruby. I love the Ruby finish.

Congratulations with the 4003 Ruby and welcome back to the family !!
That ruby Looks dam'n pretty.
Now you have again a ric and that feels a lot better I presume.
I hope I never have to sell one or more of my rickenbacker basses
It would kill me !!

Thanks Heretic. It bothered me more after I sold the 4003, than any other bass I had sold. I do really love playing this 2013 4003 more than the 2012. It's just in my head, there was nothing wrong with the 2012. I have to admit, I was way lucky to run across the Ruby.

5 - 1. 1993 (Fireglo/check-bound)
2. 330 (Montez. Brown/check-bound/Gold guards+TR cover)
3. 350v63 (Mapleglo/check-bound/Gold guards+TR cover)
4. 360v64-12 (Fireglo/Gold guards+TR cover)
5. 4001v63 Bass (Fireglo)
Had a local luthier do all the mods on the check bindings+Gold guards-TR covers!

I currently own 3:
2012 mapleglo 4003
1993 4001cs
Late 90s fireglo 4001v63
I have previously owned :
3 different 4001cs
1980 4001s fireglo that I retooled and finished like a cs,
then sold it to Simon Mole in the UK
1986 4003 mapleglo
1979 4001 jetglo
2006 jetglo 330
2009 fireglo 330
2011 fireglo 4003
....sold and traded the whole lot away. Never again!
These 3 I have now are for keeps!

I have owned a number of Rickenbackers over the years.
I had:
1) 1976 4001 bass (red)
2) 1983 320 guitar (jetglo)
3) 1977 360/12 WB (jetglo)
4) 620 (jetglo)
The colour was not my choice; it's what I found in the used shops.
Currently, I have one:
2011 325V64. This is my crown jewel. I adore this guitar. Not crazy about the vibrato. I'd love to replace it with an R tailpiece, but apparently I can't buy one, as I don't have an old one to trade in.
Love it just the same.
