Rick 360/12C63 Pickups

Hi!
The toasters on my 360/12C63 read as follows
Neck Flatback short pole Toaster 3.7 kohms
Bridge long pole 7 kohm
Is this correct? I find the neck pickup weak sounding in comparison to the bridge.it´s a brand new guitar.

Sounds like there may be a short on the neck pup. I'd recommend that you contact RIC customer service.
