I'm I'm a newbie here. By this this nest week I should have my 1st Rickenbacker. Probably a used 360/12. Also looking at 620/12. Are the necks the same? I like a baseball bat neck. I'm normally a Gibson player & mostly playing thru a Victoria 20-112, Vox Night Train, Marshall Class 5 & a '56 Guild 66-J. Thanks in advance.

Craig

The necks on the 360s & 620s are the same.If you're used to wider necks, maybe consider a 660/12.The 360/12 neck is very thin and fast.

I like baseball bat necks, too. Still, I find Rickenbacker necks to be really comfy and easy playing anyway. You'll just have to try out a few and judge for yourself.

Try out both the 360/12 and the 620/12 if you can. You might prefer one body style over another while playing the guitar. As mentioned above, the 660/12 has a wider neck and it also comes from the factory with vintage pickups.
