The RIC Boutique has been completely redesigned. Many new items have been added and there's still much more to come. In addition to credit cards, we've also now enabled payment by PayPal. |

I agree with cjj that Paypal is a welcome addition. But I noticed that the 12 string bridge is no longer available. Glad I got mine before the boutique redesign, but a friend of mine wants to get one too. Will it be back? Glad to have access to the boutique back! |

Until there are some upgrades on our back end system, website integration with real time inventory is not functioning properly. As such, we have decided that items not in currently stock will not appear in the boutique. The 12 saddle bridge is one of many such items. This should all be resolved in the next 2 weeks. Also, we are aware already of the problems to process Canadian orders. This is due to the Fedex Residential service not being available throughout Canada, something we overlooked during implementation. However, we just applied today to the USPS for credentials so that we can make shipment using the Priority Mail Fixed Rate boxes. This should be running in a day or two . . . based only upon how long it takes the postal folks to move our test setup to their production servers. |
