Is this really a "mystery?"

I have the Beatles Chord Book, and whenever I play it, it sounds correct. Unless George has a few extra fingers we never saw, I don't think it's a mystery...

Wow, thanks, TCM. Apparently George does have a few extra fingers. No wonder it was so hard to figure out - all three instruments are doing different things.

As I finally figured out decades ago: theory is nice. Theory is great. I designed an entire fanned fret instrument for personal use based on theory, and the execution of which has made me a lot of $$ at gigs and more than paid for it over the years. Theory and analysis are what make the world move forward so practical applications can be realized.

BUT...this author did not have access to the master tapes. There's nothing like the real thing, baby!
