RCA artists Xmas gifts

I just saw on E-Bay a trio of RICs identified as a special run done for RCA artists : a 360/12 SPC RCA, 4004 SPC RCA and 360/6 SPC RCA. This is from 1991, a while back.

Does RIC still produce special runs for entities like record companies, other than direct specific requests by the artists ?
