This is officially my first post..and i officially just wanted to say..Thank you to Mr. John Hall for being so invloved and caring enough to take part in this great forum you have! It's the probably one of the many reasons why Ric's are so awesome.
Other companies should take note of this and apply. I look forward to all great topics discussed hear and will be checking out as many astists work as possible so please everyone ..lets here your stuff!!!i'll be posting mine soon.

I am new also and it is good but I would be delighted and surprised to learn if indeed it is Mr. Hall. He is clearly a great man but does not need to open the door, on any level, to us anoraks. He can watch from afar to learn about his product and that would be astute of him but day to day contact with our type would only stop him fulfilling his destiny.
On the anorak level I pulled out my old 330 and it is a great strummer but I put on heavier strings and set it up and it howls now. I was shocked. Best guitars in the world.

I just joined the club - a 1998 4003 in Fireglo. It is an interesting addition, since I have played all kinds of guitars, bass guitars, and an upright over the years, but never a Ric.
