Hi all, just bought a 2012 Ric 330 Fireglo last night. An absolute stunner!! I have never seen a Fireglo like this. It is incredibly beautiful and plays and feels fantastic...Dark around the edges and a deep orange going right to the centre.
I can't believe the difference between this and my first Ric - a 330 Mapleglo. That never felt right when I first bought it (got it feeling and playing brilliantly now after 5 yrs and a lot of money, 11 gauge strings as well) but this guitar feels and sounds perfect. I don't even need to get it set up. I have fallen in love with this.
Would love to post Pics but it says file is too big

Excellent choice! Is that the FG with black borders?
Try to resize the pictures and post again
But for now, don´t let your strings get cold!

That is "Black Borders", the deep red. One was just sold in Germany. Just curious.

Yes, it is black at the edges and deep orange. The pic doesn't do it justice

Hi, I´m new with Ricks. A couple of days ago I bought my third electric guitar, a Mapleglo 360/12 and love it. I was looking for a Fireglo but the natural wood of the maple body convinced me. :D
Last year I switched from acoustic guitars -I still have- mainly Martins, to electric ones . I´ve got a telecaster with Texas Special pickups and a Squier Baritone Jazzmaster. I´m using a small Laney Lionheart Studio 5W amp connected to a 2X 12" cabinet I built myself. Both are sufficient for me playing only at home - no stages...
