 Post subject: 355JL COA or letter

I few weeks ago I bought this Rickenbacker 355 JL Ltd. Edition. I'm sure that it's a real 355JL Limited Edition, but the COA is lost.

Is it possible to get a new COA from RIC?

In the past I've seen a few letters of RIC with the letters "The guitar with the serialnumber "XXXXX" ist No. "XXX" of a run of 2000 John Lennon Limited Edtition.

My question: How can I get a letter like that of RIC.
Two or 3 weeks ago I've wrote an email to service@rickenbacker.com but haven't got an answer until today.

Experiences in this case would be helpful.

Customer service would indeed be the place to get such a letter.

Did you receive an autoresponder message saying we'd be back to you with 24 hours? If you did, something slipped through the cracks andwe apologize.

If you didn't get the return message, then we never got yours to begin with. Spam filtering or technical issues are the most likely problem. People must realize that statistically, only about 85% of non-spam e-mail is every actually delivered.

Best advice- try again and don't use addresses from Hotmail or Yahoo.

No, I haven't recieved an email of your autoresponder.

In between I've send 4 mails to you after I've read your post here. No autoresponder-mail

I've used a gmail.com adress,
a mailadress of my company at a top-level-domain and
anotherone at a top level-domain.

It's very unusual, because I work in the IT and we never got problems that our mail get's into the spam-directories, even not drom 3 different adrersses.

Can you help?

Seems like RIC recvieved one of my emails I've sent to them. (but never got mail from an autoresponder)

I even would spend money to get such a confirmation.
