a 4005/Roger McGuinn double neck.

I'm trying to be absurd.

Far as the dream goes, a 360F would be happening. As far as absurdity goes, maybe there should be a nightmare Ric thread.

I know I mentioned this on another thread, but my dream Rickenbacker is a Burgundyglow (I hope that's the right term) 4005. I don't care what year, I'm not picky. Just a good one. It would also be nice to see a 340 with a 360 neck, Ric-O-Sound, an F-hole and checkered binding.

A 4004LK "Lemmy" at suggested list price. Anyone out there bump their head and want to sell?

Okay, to the back of the room I go.

I've love to get my paws on a 4080. If, by some miracle they went into production again, I'd have mine in a luscious fireglow. Then I'm sure I would never need another guitar. Except for a 360C63...enough.

My dream Rickenbacker is that late 60's prototype with the solid body - shaped a bit like a 350, but with extended "Strattish" lower horn. The moment I saw it, I wanted one!

It's pictured in the "History of Rickenbacker Guitars" by Richard Smith (can't remember the page number.....)

Either a 360-12 with a wider neck, or a 660-12 with an "R" tail piece. I love that "R".

My dream Rickenbackers would be three:

- a 4080/12, in jetglo;

- a 4002, but with a regular 4001/4003-shaped pickguard;

- a 4002 fretless, with the above mentioned pickguard.

I know of someone who wants this very thing, with the bass on the bottom (it's not me!).
