Just installed toasters in my 86 360/12 now my switch isnt working. Both pickups stay on in all three positions. There is no continuity in the neck position but the neck pickup stays on. Any ideas before I spring for a new switch?

Assuming that you solder everything back together correctly, the problem is likely in the switch contacts; they're probably bent a bit, maybe from a knock. Just look at how the contacts move as you flip the switch. In either extreme position, only one contact should touch, while in the middle both should. Just use some needle-nosed pliers to bend the contacts slightly so that the action is correct.

Still . . . I'd double check your pickup reconnection given that this problem cropped up concurrently with the pickup swap.
