hi all , a quick update on my buzzing on the treble 'e' . Now gone after several months of the slinky 0.010's being fitted. Even digging in with a heavy dunlop jazz III (have you tried these?) isn't causing any issues.Happy days. I can only assume the extra tension has finally worked its magic in adding a little more relief to the neck??

Thanks for getting back! Strange that it took so long for the buzz to go!
However it is very good news! We had initially suspected that it was the slinky 9's you had on that were giving you the buzz problem. Now you have 10's on your digging in ( Time and the change to 10's sure made a difference. Great your now playing problem free and are very happy. One day you will have to do a slight truss rod adjustment just a reminder to only use the RIC tool as it fits perfectly.

I have the rickenbacker truss rod adjuster . I will check the relief , but at the moment , it is playing like a dream so best to leave alone I guess.
