Glad to hear the 10's went on well and your guitar sounds good. If you stick to the same gauge strings ( 10's are the best for most) you will seldom have to do a truss rod adjustment and if you do it will only be minimal during a seasonal change.
If you ever do a rod adjustment, it is best to use the correct Rickenbacker tool, which is long and straight. Note other types of truss rod tools can damage your guitars truss rods.
