There are several threads and postings on the RRF (RickResource Forum) concerning the steps for fitting the HB1 (Humbucker) or HighGain pickups with Toaster Top covers.

The HB pickup will sort of fit in a toaster cover but the center strip will not recess into the top of the pickup properly, leaving some gaps all the way around.
