Hello,

I recently plugged in my 360, (into the standard jack slot) and my bridge pickup did not generate any audio. Pretty bummed since although I've had the guitar for close to 10 years, its seen less than 20 hours of playing time. Has anyone ever heard of the pickups being repaired or am I looking at having to replace it entirely? It appears the pots have been soldered properly.

If someone can fix the pickup itself, does anyone know someone in the Milwaukee area qualified to fix it?

Thanks!

-PJ

Might not be a dead pickup, there's a small contact switch on the mono output jack that can oxidize through lack of use.
Worth checking out, my friends 360 had the same problem only last month in fact.
Cleaned the contacts and it was good to go.

Good to know, I'll definitely give that a shot.

I guess it is true...If you don't use it..you lose it.

Not only can it oxidize but putting a non-standard plug into the ROS jack can bend the contact making the treble pickup not work on the standard mono output. Just pull the jack assembly out, look at the contacts carefully and rebend them slightly with needlenose pliers. Clean those contacts too!
