I apologize if this has been addressed before, but I wasn't able to find anything with the search function.
At any rate, I would like to know if there is anything special to do regarding cleaning/caring for early Rickenbacker finishes (late 50's specifically).
I just acquired my first vintage Ric - a 1959 335F in Fireglo. It's in great shape and I would like to keep it that way.
I've been using Brillianize on my other Rics (all early 90's or newer). Is that the best for the early models as well, or was the finish done differently back then?
