I have a 2003 360/6 and have the action on the guitar set pretty good with no buzzing except at the 2nd fret. I get buzzing when I play an open A chord for instance and it comes from the 3rd string. It seems like the sound you would get when not fretting the string with enough pressure or to far back from the fret. I get this even when fingering the chord correctly. Could the issue be that the nut slot on the G is to high?
Thanks,
Dmac

Do you get the same buzz on that note if you play an open D?

Either the saddle slot is too low for that string, or one of the frets is too high. Fret-leveling is the first thing I do when I get a new guitar.
