Hi, I have my 1993 plus 12 string with three toaster pickups. The bridge pickup screws work fine, (thank God) but the adjustment screws for both the middle and neck pickups are completely un-turnable. I am able to get no adjustment out of them and they are essentially stuck exactly where they are.

I don't want to exert so much force on to the body that it cracks or caves in or something. That would make a small problem so much worse. Anyone have any ideas how I can ease this issue?

I suggest backing the screws out completely and putting some paraffin wax on the threads. If that doesn't make them easier to turn, then you'll have to drill out the holes slightly larger or get smaller screws.

If you strip the Phillips head, you could cut a new slot with a Dremel tool big enough for a straight screwdriver blade, or use a set of needle-nose Vise-Grips to remove the screw. Make sure you wrap the nose of the Vise-Grips with electrical tape to prevent scratching the pickups.

Anyone know where the adjustment screws are for the headlamps? Theres a small paragraph in the Haynes manual but no pic - need to do the drivers side before the MOT as it’s a little high.
