You can replace the R-tailpiece with an RIC Accent vibrato without drilling new holes as far as I know.

Absolutely, you can swap the tailpieces without drilling holes. The Ac'cent vibrato is secured by the strap button (and will cover the existing holes from the R tailpiece).

The Accent will not, however, cover the holes left by a trapeze tailpiece, for any of you considering this swap. But, if you can live with the holes, or can touch them up, it's an easy swap.
