Love my 360/12.

Bought a 12 saddle bridge more than a year ago and I guess I haven't worked up the nerve to fit it myself...until now...I think. There really isn't a tech/luthier around here I know or trust.

The saddles look arranged very close to where they should be after installation but with the help of my new StroboStomp intonation will be adjusted where needed.

I've read wildly varying opinions about slotting the bridge saddles - assuming this is a must. Can it be done by an amateur? I have a variety of files including a triangle/v-shaped number.

Other question is embarrassingly basic: during my last re-string I managed to mismatch my string order and my machine heads. As a sanity check, can someone give me a quick-n-dirty schematic?

Let's call the tuning keys that are parallel with the headstock the 'standards' (same as a 6 string would have) and the classical or Spanish keys the 'backs.'

Help me complete/correct this chart please!

Low E -> Standard 1
Octave E -> Back 1
Low A -> Standard 2
Octave A -> Back 2

etc. etc.

Thanks Ric lovers...............
