Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and am looking into buying a Rckenbacker 330 in Mapleglo. I have been after one for years and now I finally have the money to buy one.

I have found a seller on eBay and have been in contact with him and have negotiated a price at which to buy for, I am just wondering if it is too good to be true and could this possibly be a fake?

Welcome, looks pretty sweet to me with lovely figured maple on the back...........that ain't no fake Sir!
Also look's to have the smaller vintage sized headstock, maybe has the adjustable pole pieces on the pickup's to but it's hard to tell from the pic's.

Sound's like you may have negitiated a slightly lower price to which is even sweeter.............enjoy!

I love the look and sound of Rickenbacker guitars just I needed a more experienced perspective on it and I think that is suffice enough.

The Seller has excellent feedback. The guitar looks real and he gave you the serial number. Ebay gives you protection. Based on American dollar conversion. He's not giving it away. I think your more than safe.Go for it..
