I have a 360 that was manufactured in March of 1990 (s/n C38893). I was told that after this guitar was built that the color was discontinued for many years until finally it was brought back just recently. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I am trying to determine this to establish a value for this instrument. I am not asking anyone on the forum for a valuation of this guitar but rather trying to establish if this was one of the last made before the color became unavailable. The dealer that I bought it from said that the factory called him to ask if he had ordered this color specifically for a customer as it was being discontinued. He told the factory that the customer had specifically requested the color (not the case though) in order to get a Ruby Red 360. Thanks to anyone with any knowledge on this issue.

I don't know about it being one of the last ones or not but it is a true statement that we discontinued the color years ago and only fairly recently brought it back.

In any case, I doubt that this color would affect the price very much.
