Hi,
I got a RIC 360 6-string from 2003 and found the high e string is a little bit low volume and less bright sounding. The B and G strings are louder and brighter.Though not very significant.
But the strings are balanced sounding while playing acousticly.
The pick up poles are not adjustable.
Anyone got the same problem?

I'm with fluffy on this one.

Start with a whole set of fresh strings of the correct gauge, since you are now going to calibrate your guitar's sound. It's useless to adjust to an old set that may be unevenly worn or of unknown calibre. Remember to give them a good s-t-r-e-t-c-h as a preliminary break-in.

If the high e is still too weak for your taste, then you have the option of raising the pickup on the high-string side.

Please give us some feedback if this helps or not.
