And a knockout one at that: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/14/08455341.jpg/In a sense, I am disappointed. THis one did not have a strong bouquet of rickitude - only a faint scent of Eau de Guitar. I suspect this one may have been a floor model, both because of the (lack of) Rick essence and also because the top is noticeably figured. It took me three hours to post this because I've been spending that time just playing it clean through my 25+ year old peavey solid state practice amp. Can't wait to try it through some real tubes. This is my 3rd rick. I sold a 330 and a 660/12 about five years ago out of necessity. I was worried that I had gotten my hopes up too high for what to expect, but no - it's still amazing to own one of these. Over the past few weeks I had strongly considered a 350v63, but the hi-gains sound great, so it feels like a great choice so far.

Congratulations on the new 360, yes it does look good with the grain on the top! Shame it wasn't as ''odorous'' as you like, I wouldn't cry too much over that. You will get a better sound plugged into a tube amp I'm sure you will be impressed then. You want to try to hold on to this 360, having to have let 2 go in the past. There's hope for the smell to re constitute itself! The case seems to be the culprit of the RIC smell maybe if it's kept in it case now it's at your place it may become re established.

I have that guitar's elder brother... Same model precisely, just about 9 years old. The high gains can really be made to ROCK! It's a super guitar....

360's do indeed ROCK. Far more versatile than many think. Nice figuring and subtle flame on that one

Great 360 in Mapleglo!I recently managed to get a 2011 360 MG through a monthly payment plan dealer. The woodgrain seems to more striking on the newer models, with a more golden color. It also came with that classic sound...

I've been playing hi-gained, compressed, b__;;s out shreddy stuff on mine lately (or trying to, anyway) they are indeed versatile guitars! Makes me think about humbuckers.. ..
