I get Snarkified regularly. Works on the 360 as well as the 620 AND the 4003. One day I'll drag the 360-12V64 out from under the bed and give it the Snark treatment.

I use the Boss TU-10 clip-on tuner and love it. It's extremely accurate.
The display looks like that of the Boss TU-3 floor pedal. It seems to be more accurate than my friend's Snark clip-on tuner.

I've got three Snarks... one each in the 370/12 and Gretsch cases, and one that stays in the music room.. I find they're pretty darn good.

I have been using Peterson's pedal strobe tuners for a few years now. They're really great. The StroboStomp 1 did have a few issues, including some Mr. Hall mentioned, but I think the StroboStomp 2 seems to have addressed those. I don't know if the jacks are still PCB-mounted, but they are definitely metal now instead of plastic on the first version, and better attached to the pedal casing. Same goes for the improved footswitch. The other big problem with the first version was that it just ate batteries - which is really odd since it's supposed to be true bypass (this is why a tuner would affect tone, AGNP - the bypass issue). That also seems better on the second version.
Peterson says they're 30x more accurate than a standard TU-2 or something comparable as they tune within .01 cents (I think) to the pitch rather than within .3 cents. Thus, I also use mine to setup / intonate all my guitars. But I can't say I can tell I'm "30 times" more in tune than my fellow guitarist in my band, in all honesty.
Other bells and whistles include the fact that they are also a DI box, with a low-z output, and have a bunch of preset "sweetened" tunings, which are especially helpful to me when I try and play my pedal steel, since it requires tempered tuning - and a regular straight-up 440 tuner would never get it sounding good to the human ear.
However, my favorite thing about them by far is the large, clear display that you can see just as easily during an outside, noon-time gig as you could during a dark, midnight, bar gig. I can't think of any other pedal I have that you can read just as well in bright light as you can in the dark.
Some say they're difficult to get to respond accurately since you may have to attack the string a bit differently when tuning with this tuner compared to others (roll back volume, stroke with the thumb, and let ring a long time - don't pluck, pluck, pluck in quick succession). YMMV. The other drawback is price - Peterson is proud of them. That may not be an issue among Rick-owners, though, who don't mind paying for quality. I got my current one used.

I have always used Korg tuners for their being accurate but inexpensive, but knowing that Mr. JH uses Peterson, I'm going to have to look into that.

I am waiting on a 360/12C63, has anyone used the Peterson on a 12 string guitar? If so were the results good. Please chime in.

Well I'm 7 years behind this topic. I had a boss electric tuner for 25 years. Since because of my acoustics I have had a Taylor tuner and on my electrics I have had a Fender - pretty crap - and Korg clip on not bad. But I thought I would give Peterson a try. In the UK quite expensive more or less double the cost of others but once you get use to the strobe it is in a class of its own. Highly recommended.

Totally agree with andy. I have a Peterson real strobe-wheel tuner for my studio, which is fantastic. I even had the factory install some modifications, such as a lighting control and a few custom sweeteners. It is a serious piece of hardware and not cheap, but very worthwhile if you have a number of different types of instruments.
I also have the clip-on, which has a 12-string sweetener that works great on my 360/12.
