Hi all,

I recently purchased a Rickenbacker 325c63? model from e-Bay. I primarily play Beatles stuff anyway so was a gift to myself.
However, other than the fact it's a Miami 325 I know near to nothing about the history of the guitar itself, therefore i'm hoping, with the serial number one of you guys can tell me a bit more, if it ever comes to selling it (I highly doubt I would do that!!) I have a better idea of what I own.

The serial number is L3 4249

Thank you.

Other than to say the serial number indicates it was built in December of 1990, there's not much more to tell. Sorry!

It's at least been to Europe...

http://www.rickresource.com/register/vi ... 6order%3D6

Someone took the trouble to register it at the Rick Resource Forum (not affiliated with the mfgr).

What's the "mystery" You can check the specs on this site. Or, are you looking for who may have owned it? Not sure what's so mysterious.

He may have seen something special about the instrument, like a mod or signature, and he'd like to see who may have owned it. You never can tell if a famous player had your instrument beforehand without research.
