MXR Dist +, Boss Super Overdrive (For leads), and I used to have a functioning Danelectro French Toast (Which is the beez neez). I use that for all of my instruments, even my 620/12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkwoTdG4iA0

If I want to achieve overdrive or high gain with a pedal, its usually a T.C. Jauernjg Gristle King.

Main one is a Tube Screamer TS9DX (their Turbo Tube Screamer), which features the same warm overdrive of an early TS808 pedal plus three other more distorted settings to switch amongst, for increased low-end crunch, plus Hot and Turbo settings.
Also use a Fulltone Plimsoul pedal which is a two stage overdrive-fuzz, with a lot of sustain functionality and increased drive with the string attack.
And a basic Boss DS1 orange distortion pedal, which despite its simplicity, it works well with other pedals.
Use them with all my Rics, semi hollow bodies, solid bodies and 12 strings.

I have a JHS-modded TS-9 (with the right JRC4558P chip in it now) - very transparent, sounds amazing.
My other dirt pedal (distortion this time, not O/D) is a vintage-re-issue Rat I (big box). It has the lmn308 chip in it, and it's incredible. I also had a tri-gain switch added. Pedal's extremely versatile now - can do anything.
I also keep a Bad Monkey around for a backup. Sounds better through cleaner amps.

Keeley Fuzz Head...sometimes put a Throbak Boost in front of it to utilize its high-pass filter and make the fuzz a little brighter.
