Post subject:  330 versus 325

Bought my first-ever RIC a couple of months ago (330/6 MG) and can't put it down; absolutely love it!

Unfortunately, due to my small hands and limited reach, I'm finding some (barre) chords a little challenging. If I capo my 330 at the 3rd fret to mimic the 325 scale, the resultant fret spacings seem much better suited.

I've tried to research the 325 as much as possible on this forum but still have a few questions (If I could get my hands on a 325C64 a lot of the answers would be self-evident).

1) Is the neck profile/feel of the 325C64 similar to the current 330? I've no idea what profiles are used for each (C, D, V, U etc?).
2) Does the lower radius fretboard of the 325 (7.25" vs 10") necessitate a significantly higher action? I've got my 330 set up at 1.6mm on the high & low E at the 12th fret with no issues.
3) If equipped with factory spec strings, is the string tension of the 325 (with 12-54s) similar or noticeably higher/lower than the 330 (with 10-46s)?

Thanks guys!

Congrats on the 330, it's a great guitar. I've never played the short scale 325, but most Rickenbacker necks appear to be the "C" profile.
