I'm a RIC Newbie, and when I got my 360/12V64 , Delivered from the GC, it was beautiful, opened the silver case and there she was, perfect Fireglow, some birds eye, got a smokin' deal on it, played like butter, then I looked at the jack plate, the serial number was there, but the date stamp was ground off. Now I know why it was just shown as a 360/12, and a grand cheaper than the other v64s, Is there a secret place where the date might be either hand written inside or stamped somewhere?

Have you removed the pickguard and had a look inside the control cavity?

Not as of yet. But now I will!
