I have a 660 with toasters and I want to switch to humbuckers like in the 650 guitars. ie: the combination of 00060 and 00062
I see the R Boutique will sell a 00060 (neck) but there is no listing for the 00062 (bridge)
I do realize there are other differences as well. The 650 is a 4 pot guitar and my 660 is a 5 potter. I do wish to retain the blend control as I find it to be a useable feature.
I am wondering if there is another source of Ric parts and diagrams besides Ric. Google seems to be of little assistance to me on this.

There is a forum member either here or on the other Rick forum (or both) who sells wiring harnesses for this exact purpose. Can't remember his name right off, but I'm sure you could find him with a simple search, or others could chime in.

I do realize there are other differences as well. Also, I believe the HB1 Rick humbuckers are actually interchangeable for either neck or bridge on either guitar or bass: "HB1 Humbucker. Guitar or Bass Neck and Bridge Position for 650 or 4004 series instruments. Works with all models." -- http://boutique.rickenbacker.com/Pickups_c_12.html

Yes. The part numbers are for inventory. They are the same pickups for both guitar, bass, and either neck or bridge position in guitars.

It's Dane you are looking for, the Wiring Harness expert "Ace on Bass"
And yes, Ric pickups are interchangeable

Quick update:
I found and contacted Dane Wilder on facebook and ordered the harness from him. He also went to the trouble of sourcing the pickups for me to simplify my purchase. There were a few hiccups getting the money to him due to him being in USA and me in Canada but once that got ironed out everything went smooth as silk. His work was impeccable and his price was surprisingly reasonable. He also included some handwritten instructions in his shipment. I highly recommend him if anybody is interested in doing that same to their Ric.
Oh, and I love the new sounds I'm getting out of my guitar. Thanks to all who helped steer me in the right direction.
