Hey guys.
A friend of mine has recently asked me if I could help him sort out some electrical gremlins he seems to be getting with his Rickenbacker 360 as he knows I've rewired guitars and done pickup swaps etc in the past.
Anyways, after a bit of faffing about I think I've narrowed it down to 1 of, possibly both, the jack sockets on the guitar. Easy peesy I think, I'll swap them out and job done. Nope; they're nothing like anything I've ever seen before!
Does anyone know where I can get replacement jack sockets for this Rickie from in the San Marcos? I can't seem to find anything on any of the sites I usually use.
Thanks for any help or advice you can offer.

Before you go changing the jacks, use a thin eraser to clean the contacts and gently use a small pair of needle nosed pliers to rectify any bent contacts, especially from using cords that do not have the proper tip geometry, all as recommended in other threads by Mr. JH himself.

believe a lot of the rickenbacker hardware is copyrighted and can only be bought from them or their distributors.

They do seem to be exclusive parts made for RIC. They use Switchcraft switches and CTS potentiometers for the volume/tone knobs.
