I have: -1978 Gibson Les Paul Artisan (Dave Davies-inspired) -1980 Gibson Les Paul Heritage 80 (fiddleback top; great pickups, Classic '57s) -1996 Gibson Les Paul Standard (plays like buttah) -1992 Fender American Telecaster (tough as nails) -2004 Fender American Stratocaster (mixed feelings; not a fan of vibratos) -Ovation 12-string (1866? Impresses the girls) -Rickenbacker 4003/s5 (love this bass) -1995 Gibson Flying V (main gigging guitar) -1975 no-name Japanese acoustic guitar (small frets) -1997 PRS Standard (plays a lot like my old 330s, neck-wise)
All good guitars with various strengths and weaknesses. It's a lot of toys but I really enjoy each of them. I've had two 330s, good guitars but I would like a NEW one instead of pre-owned. Never found a good amp to go with the 330s but would go for a Fender Supersonic if buying now.

I have some oddballs!
In addition to the 3 RIC's - Schecter Jazz 6 Epiphone Viola Bass Epiphone Les Paul Standard Top Gretsch JF30 Martin D something or other, made for Guitar Center.
Hate to part with any but really should thin out the herd. I'm looking at a new 620!

At the moment, my only other guitar (actually, my only guitar _period_ until a 360 arrives on Friday) is a Takamine acoustic 12-string. It's currently got the bottom and top courses removed and is strung like an octave mandolin. Drop D on steroids.
I have a bunch of other random folk/early music instruments. Highlights include
- A replica 19th century wooden flute made by Sam Murray, used for Irish folk music. - A Petersen bouzouki. Sounds nice. - A modern reproduction of a 17th century German harp. Sounds awesome, I can't play it worth a damn. I should sell it and buy a 381. . . - A bunch of penny whistles. Oddly, other than my flute these see more public playing time than anything else.

Budster wrote: But, THEN... only RIC can make a RIC! You said it ! ! I currently have a ratio of 8 Rickenbackers for every one other brand guitar ! And the others just don't get the playing time, cause the Rics are so sweet sounding and are the best looking guitars !

Gibson SG 2005 - Main guitar Fender Classic Player Jazzmaster 2008 Gibson L6-S 1976, with a pickup mod Modded Squier '51 (There is a whole forum of '51 modders) Fender Classic Player Strat (Notice I don't own American Fenders...) Rickenbacker 620/12 Tacoma DM9 - 2007, around the time Fender bought the company, then shut it down. Made in Washington.
Future guitars: Rickenbacker 620... I want a 610 too. Plus, I like the 400 models, and I wouldn't mind having my 2010 360 back... That would be nice. I have a new Telecaster, and recently reacquired my Squier Jagmaster. I'm giving my Jazzmaster to my father, who's currently working the best he can in SC. I'm making room for my 330.
