Hey guys first post little shady on exacty how Rickenbacker is producing these anyways the 360 he plays on Hard days Night, did they just start reproducing that this year?, ive seen that they stoped making 360v64 right? so now they making the 63? ive looked at some music dealers online and see that theres almost a year waiting list (apparently) for the 360v1263 sheesh are that many people ordering it? Any info you guys could give me on the guitar and how to go about getting one would be quite helpful, thanks

EH, Yes, they have discontinued the V series of the 360/12. The 360 you are refering to is called the 360/12 'C' '63. There's been a few made, shipped and quickly bought. I'm afraid the wait for one is unavoidable. You can still find 'used' V's for sale quite often and are very similar to the C series, but not exact.

Essentially the C 360 is an 'exact' reproduction (right down to electronics) of Harrison's guitar given to him when the Beatles first came to the U.S. The V, for lack of a better description, is a very close cousin. As far as appearance, they look the same.

Yes, they made the V series in both a 6 and 12, but the C series is a 12 only.

Yeah i saw ONE on ebay so far lol, im more wondering if Rickenbacker may remake somthing like that, prefer to get it new anyways

George played the Rick 12-String guitar on a solo song of his called Fish On The Sand. This song is on the Cloud 9 album that came out in 1987.
