In reference to my last I do recall seeing a 360 with gold hardware complementing the last anniversary that never went into production. Pictured in the bacon/day book. Just out of interest why didn't this model make production?

I had the pleasure of playing a 360/12C63 at the Socalcon. Then I switched to a CW/12. The necks couldn't have been more different. The C63 was deep, C shaped (if I have these shapes correct), unlike the few 12's I've been able to play. The CW/12 had a shallower, D shaped neck. The C63 fit really well, I even prefered it to my 660/12, which I bought for finger/palm size reasons. Was this a fluke, or are there differences in the different models' neck profiles?
