Townshed's first 12-string was a 360S/12, which was a deluxe prototype for the Rose Morris 1993.

This 360 is possibly a Rose Morris, but imported to Italy rather than UK, as they were all sent from one big batch, including some 4005 bass models (with the F-hole). They are nearly always from Italy, for some reason..
