Hello all, this is my first post here, and I'm here because I'm about to acquire my first rickenbacker piece of gear.
Old old amp, I looked in the gallery, and it looks like it's from the 50's from the M line. It looks like an M8 but I could have sworn it had a larger speaker and wider cabinet than the M8 (it's been a while since I saw it). I hope to get some pictures soon.

But my question is, ballpark and minimum, how much do the 50's ric amps go for?
Is it on par with a straight up trade for a '01 musicman bass?

I feel like it's a no-brainer and yes, but I can't find anything about people buying, selling or even playing these.

Thanks very much

Thanks, saw that site, pretty informative, but like you said, no pricing. It's odd, I can't find record of sales of it or anything. I just want to play the damn thing but don't want to trade for a dog.
