Hello everybody!

Last week I found a TR50 combo, from the early of '80s. It's works well, I like this sound!
I'd like to use the external speaker line too. Anybody knows about the impedence of this stuff? The TR 50 G (for guitars) impedence is 8 Ohms. Is this the same?
Whats your opinion about the second box, wich brand can be good for it? I want only vintage stuff!!!

Thanks Rickers!!!

The TR50 head I have here is marked "4 ohms minimum" by the speaker output, which matches my recollection for the minimum acceptable load on the power amp. Looking at the schematic, the speaker jacks are in series, so if the current speaker load is 8 ohms, you could literally use any value extension speaker, even a dead short! However, you'd probably want to stick with another 8 ohm cabinet for balance.

JohnHall, thanks a lot! Good idea!
I saw somewhere a Fender Bassman 115 cabinet. I think it's a good choice!
I've got a Marshall MBC 410 cabinet, but the impedance is 4 Ohms. I think, it's not enough vintage...
