Maybe you can supply a link to a photograph and detail what specific info you are looking for.

The best way to get some facts about your "mystery amp" would be to provide a link with a photo so anybody visiting the RIC Forums who has info can respond in future posts and answer any questions.

The amp appears to be a Rickenbacker TR100BH enclosed in a Road (a division of Rickenbacker, Inc.) speaker cabinet. The catalog description of the TR100BH states, "Booming bass sounds, attractive appearance, and high reliability characterize the TR100BH head, an amplifier designed to help any bass player break performance records."
The Road cabinets were "built to last" and it looks like yours is a fine example. These units were manufactured in the 1980's.

Quote: well thank you very much, is there anyway i could see this catalog? The info I found about your "mystery amp" came from a couple of sources including a Rickenbacker "Solid State Amplifier Series" catalog and a Road catalog. I don't have access to a catalog with a photo of an amp with the exact configuration you have. Maybe others reading this thread can add more info about the amp and the mystery will be history.

alright, that would be good, when i look at the back of the amp it justs says "TR-100", does it have to have the "BH" at the end to be that model?
