From the Rickenbacker Solid State Amplifier Series catalog:
"Model TR25...True tube sound with all of the advantages of solid state. Tremelo, reverb, echo effect, and variable distortion are all standard. 25 Watt RMS approximate power at 16 ohms."

got it today, well it needs repair for sure (it has a strong ground hum noise that is just influenced by the reverb knob, don't know what can it be) but as far as I can tell it sounds good.
could anybody tell me how can I tell if the speaker is original?
