Well, it'll be a long time until I can afford another one. But when I can, it'll probably be a 4003/4001. Perhaps when I can afford to, I'll get another trashed one to have Jingle Jangle restore, add to his workload again, ha ha. But either way, won't be for quite a while.

It will be whichever lefty Bass model I can outbid, outgrab, or outwrestle every other lefty Rick fanatic for. Being severely left-handed really sucks, sometimes.

I'm left handed to write....................all other things including the guitar I do right handed, OK it's a blessing to play with ambidexterity, but I curse the slight vision problem it has caused me. The problem mainly presents itself when writing, as often I misspelled words or leave out ending of words! It's only when I focus to write that I have some problems, typing is not so bad, it was mainly as a child writing that it was very frustrating as my vocabulary was very good even then. Reading was no problem, I quickly became a bibliophile, but I was certainly no scribe!
You just count yourself luck that I'm not after a lefty.....as I'm fast with ''both'' hands, I have the reflexes of a spring loaded trap as well! But hope you can grab one,,,,,,I like your 'Tude ( attitude), you forgot to mention '' out Grapple!

Thanks for the compliment! Actually, I did manage to grab another one yesterday - you must have been asleep or something. It's a '74 JetGlo Black 4001, from a music store in Chicago. It's in good shape for its age, so I won't be as concerned noodling about with it as I am with the other one.
By the way, sounds like you, like me (and lots of other leftys), have a touch of Dislexia. I have trouble with writing, too; my main problem is with numbers. Since I am writing them down all day at work, it can be a problem sometimes. Helps keep me awake, though.

Told you I had trouble with numbers- it's actually a '73, not a '74. Lefties are a pretty detemined bunch, in my experience; you have to be, to survive in a right-handed world. Almost nothing works as well as it should for us as for righties. Even simple things, like scissors and screwdrivers(!), are wrong; don't even get me started on power tools!
