I know this is coming fast off a not quite so mini, but successful mini jam. However we will have a Ricktoberfest® II SCARF on Saturday October 20th, If there is enough interest, the jam will be at Malones again. If there is lesser amount of interest, the jam will be at Backline Studios.

Malone's may be our new spot for future jams that have good interest. The stage is very big, there is plenty of seating, people can get something to drink and we can have food. I spoke to the barmaid yesterday, she was very pleased with the bar intake for the event and that everyone drank responsibly and acted respectfully.

Not even that much. It will be more like $5 per jam participant, if the estimated amount of them show up. This time it's not a holiday weekend, so we're not paying for the bartender who would be there anyway to work a regular Saturday. This time we're just paying for the soundman. If we get pizza or whatever food at some point, then who ever would like to join in the food, would contribute an equal share of the food cost.
