Just before Christmas I sent my 4003 back to get the wireing problem fixed, when I spoke to Brendon he said that it had an issue with the finish as well and it would be taken care of. I was surprised that they saw something I had not noticed. That is the kind of service which does not exist today!! I got the bass back and it looks absolutly fantastic, I was in my studio with it and let a freind (Jonni Lightfoot from Air Supply) see it and play it and he loved it as much as I do. I was amazed to see him play the Ric as he put it through the paces. It will be nice to see him with one on the next tour, just not mine!!
